with the property acquisitions of the judge Mario Dimitrov in Greece. For example, senior prosecutors, members of the SJC, former (Gerber) ministers… and so on.

But let’s drive in turn. First, the judge turns out to be a co-owner with two other persons, which explains the strangely low price of the property declared to the Inspectorate. That is, the judge is actually the owner of a third of the property. But this is only the beginning. There was was a a an old building (undeclared!) that was demolished. Once the property was acquired together with a right to build, Judge Mario had to declare this right to the Inspectorate – as far as it has an appreciable material interest. However, this has not been done. In any case, this immediately reminds us of Gerbera Ekaterina Zaharieva, who declared her right to build (and the property in general) ten years after the purchase of the plot in Greece. Moreover, once construction has begun, it is obvious that the judge has invested additional funds, as there is no evidence that he has taken a loan from a Greek bank for this purpose. These funds are also subject to declaration – and yes, you guessed it, he did not.

Mario’s partners – related to GERB and Peevski

PEA Bazinski is currently a defendant in a civil case in which it has been sued for damages against the creditor under Regulation (EU) 655/2014 – the case has been pending since 2019 and the next hearing is scheduled for March 10. According to BIRD from the Prosecutor’s Office, PEA Bazinski has been the subject of a prosecutor’s file in the past, and in November 2018 the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office “lifted” his tax and bank secrecy. Bazinski turned out to be one of the “favorite” PEAs of CCB’s trustees, and through it extremely interesting sales are made over time.
