Recordings: GERB MP presses competitors of Kapitan Andreevo’s “golden feeder”

BFSA and GERB MP Georgi Stankov have put pressure and pressure on competitors of Kapitan Andreevo’s “gold business”, associated with Christoforos Amanatidis – Taki. This is clear from recordings that document conversations between
Kalin Kirov
and the MP from GERB. They confirm the data on the connection between the interests of companies controlled by people of Taki and the political establishment of GERB.

Kirov tried to create a rest point for animals near the village of Tsalapitsa. This happened in 2017. On November 15, with Order 2307, the BFSA registered the rest point as a livestock farm. Through Biogas Ltd . Kirov invested BGN 680,000. in this business venture. The idea is that many of the carriers entering from Serbia or Romania would prefer to stop there instead of the checkpoint in Svilengrad, which is managed by the company “Animal Welfare”. However, the latter is related to Taki’s “golden feeder” and has no interest in competition.

The BFSA is engaged in eliminating the danger of competitive business. A new commission from the state agency is coming, which sets unenforceable conditions. The point was not announced in the official gazette of the EC and never earned.

After Kirov “crashed” in an attempt to break the monopoly of “animal welfare” in a “canal order”, he began to seek a solution through “personal contacts”. He sent an SMS to Boyko Borisov. He wrote to him that he was from GERB and his investments were ruined. Conversations (3 or 4) followed with Sevdalina Arnaudova, who personally sought him out. After her he was contacted by Tsvetomir Paunov, who explained to him that this was a “dispute between private individuals”. How Paunov explains the conflict between an entrepreneur and the BFSA, as a dispute between private individuals, is unclear. Kirov even sent a letter to the headquarters of GERB with a return receipt, in which he complained about the repression of the BFSA.

“Cut off Anna Petrova’s sheep and they’ll buy your business”

In 2018, Kirov reached Damyan Iliev, then director of the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency. He sent him to the person in charge of everything at the border – MP Georgi Stankov from GERB. For his part, he tells him that they will not allow him this rest point to work, at least not as long as it is his property.

However, there was a way out. Stankov explains that if he does him a “small favor”, his point will be redeemed at the value of the investment made. The service was to disappear the sheep of Anna Petrova from Bolyarovo.

The saga with the sheep of Anna Petrova continued for years. The woman refused to allow the killing of her livestock by the Ministry of Agriculture, on suspicion that they were sick with the plague. In the summer of 2018, she did not allow the BFSA team in her property. Subsequently, she was able to prove to the court that there was no plague on her farm. By the end of 2020, the Ministry of Agriculture, represented by Desislava Taneva, was trying to kill Anna Petrova’s sheep, but unsuccessfully.

Apparently, as early as 2019, GERB has clarity that they will “get into trouble” with this case. From the recordings between Kirov and Stankov it becomes clear that “Porozhanov cashed in”, at least according to the MP. He was subordinate to /Dimitar/ Zorov and if the dairy processor wanted to, “Porozhanov would make him shrinks”, but Taneva was in conflict with him.

Beyond the spicy details and the attempt to re-register and delete Ana Petrova’s sheep documentarily, something very important becomes clear from the recordings. Kirov was sent to negotiate with Vasil Dimitrov, the same person who is now advertising himself as the owner of the scandalous Eurolab 2011 laboratory. Dimitrov was constantly moving with an armed face, Kirov recalls. Their first meeting was at the LUKoil gas station near Stara Zagora.

But according to Georgi Stankov, Vasil Dimitrov was only a representative of “very influential people” and the MP could not tell them what and how to do. From the recordings with the GERB MP it becomes obvious that he has full clarity who are the “influential people” behind Kapitan Andreevo’s animal rest point and obviously his actions are in the direction of preserving the monopoly of this point.

GS: That’s a representative (Vasil Dimitrov) that’s not them.
M: I understand, I mean by the boy we met. Now, however, when we are
ready, what are we waiting for?
GS: You’ll tell me when you can go downstairs to them.

GS: Tomorrow I will go to talk to the Executive Director (of the BFSA)
M: Let us not do so to spoil the finished work.
Kalin: My point is not to get public…
GS: And it shouldn’t be heard…
M: It can’t be from us, from us… we know me, you, Maria (Belova – MP from GERB) and
Desislava (Taneva) You know which people I know, I have nothing to explain to you…

As an investigation of the BRRD revealed earlier, the “influential people” behind Vasil Dimitrov are Razmig Chakarian – Ami and Krasimir Kamenov – Karo, associated with Christoforos Amanatidis – Taki. And the lab in question is listed as a drug trafficking tool for the circle around Taki. A link to GERB shines through Chakaryan’s partner Miroslav Petkov – revealed by KOMDOS as a part-time employee of the State Security. Petkov is a partner with the municipal councilor from GERB in the Sofia Municipal Council Iskra Angelova in the company “League Financial Consulting“.

In order to serve the interests of these people, Stankov seeks to falsify the destruction of Ana Petrova’s sheep in order to avoid the judicial sagas that happened subsequently. It is also clear from the talks that lobbying laws of Lukoil are being passed.

Undoubtedly, all this obviates the data on trading influence and corruption, carried out by one of the most influential and successful MPs from GERB. As well as the hypothesis that GERB served the criminal business of the circles associated with Taki.

We contacted Georgi Stankov for comment and explained to him that there was a signal against him for corruption and for maintaining an artificial monopoly. He explained to us that he was the parliament and could not speak. Then he stopped answering his phones.
