Their total area is  <\/span><b>1547.86 SqM<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The four properties are valued at a total value <\/span><b>of more than $6.1 million<\/b>.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, but today their price is significantly higher. Two other apartments in Dubai, each 91 sq.m., valued at a total cost  <\/span><b>More than 600 thousand. Dollars<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, are recorded in the name of a topmodel of &#8220;Visage&#8221;. This is shown by the data as of 2020 in the international investigation.&#8221;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/tag\/dubaiuncovered\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revelations Dubai<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;. The model has also become the owner of a company in Sofia associated with the famous Cypriot citizen  <\/span><b>Georgios Georgiou<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who serves as a strawman for Minev and Mutafchiev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/pandora-fibank\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">investigation<\/span><\/a> from <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> October 2021 showed documents from<\/span> the &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/tag\/%d0%b4%d0%be%d1%81%d0%b8%d0%b5%d1%82%d0%b0%d1%82%d0%b0-%d0%bf%d0%b0%d0%bd%d0%b4%d0%be%d1%80%d0%b0\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Pandora<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8221; Files, which reveal that the owners of First Investment Bank <\/span><b>Tseko Minev<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Ivaylo Mutafchiev<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> are real beneficiaries of offshore companies that have received <\/span><b>over BGN 1 billion<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  loans from the bank. It is the Cypriot  <\/span><b>Georgios Georgiou<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is one of the strawmen in the offshore companies of Minev and Mutafchiev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FIB received impressive state aid several times &#8211; during the government of the Triple Coalition and Minister Oresharski, after the collapse of Corpbank AD \/KTB\/ in 2014 and most recently in 2020 when the state-owned BDB bought its shares at double the price so that the bank could plug its capital hole and implement the recommendations after the ECB stress test. Majority shareholders in the bank remain Tseko Minev and Ivaylo Mutafchiev.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tseko&#8217;s &#8220;dream&#8221; &#8211; 585 sq.m. apartment in &#8220;Dubai Marina&#8221;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The data in &#8220;Revelations Dubai&#8221; show Tseko Minev as the owner of an apartment with an impressive area of 585.10 square meters, last valued at $ 2,314,204, but today its price is significantly higher. The property is located on one of the high floors of the 52-story Le Reve building (from French &#8220;The Dream&#8221;) in the expensive Dubai Marina district. The apartment was acquired by Tseko Minev before 2010, according to data on the records from the Dubai Property Register. According to the data in the &#8220;Revelations Dubai&#8221;, the ownership of the property was transferred from <\/span><b>Tseko Minev<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> to <\/span><b>Ivaylo Mutafchiev<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. As already mentioned, the price today is significantly higher. Such apartments, in the same building, are offered at the moment at sale prices  <\/span><b>between $4.6 million and $4.9 million.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to the &#8220;Mechta&#8221; apartment in the 52-storey Le Reve, <\/span><b>Ivaylo Mutafchiev<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has also bought an apartment in the 82-storey <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.damacproperties.com\/en\/projects\/damac-heights\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">DAMAC Heights<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/a> skyscraper.<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  (formerly Ocean Heights), also in the expensive Dubai Marina district. The apartment has an area of  <\/span><b>154.59 SqM<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and was last valued at <\/span><b>$611,439<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The price of this apartment today will be significantly higher. According to passport data, the property was acquired before 2016.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"DAMAC Residenze - EN I DAMAC Properties\" width=\"1320\" height=\"743\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/htHzUPRtK1Q?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Commercial property and apartment of &#8220;Palmata&#8221;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Ivaylo Mutafchiev<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has previously acquired a commercial property in Dubai with an area of <\/span><b>622.37 sq.m.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, last valued at <\/span><b>$2,456,498<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, located on the artificial island in the form of palm Jumeirah. Again at the &#8220;Palm&#8221; Mutafchiev has also bought an apartment with an area  <\/span><b>185.8 sq.m.,<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> valued for <\/span><b>$ 748,808<\/b>, <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">located in Al Msalli, part of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nakheel.com\/en\/our-communities-home\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the Shoreline Apartments<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/a> complex<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The total area of the 4 properties, described in detail below, is  <\/span><b>1547.86 SqM<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; commercial property with an area of 622.37 sq.m. valued at $2,456,497.50  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; apartment with an area of 585.10 sq.m. valued at $2,314,203.80  <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; apartment with an area of 185.80 sq.m. valued at $748,807.56<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8211; apartment with an area of 154.59 sq.m. valued at $611,438.60<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, considerable money has been invested in the luxurious furnishing of these apartments, according to eyewitnesses who visited them.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dubai apartments for top model of &#8220;Visage&#8221;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data in &#8220;Revelations Dubai&#8221; show that a girl of Jenny Kalkandjieva &#8211; the top model of &#8220;Visage&#8221; <\/span><b>Anamaria Kirilova<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is the owner <\/span> of <b>two apartments<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Dubai, each with an area of <\/span><b>91 sq.m.<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> The apartments are in various buildings in <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.bayut.com\/area-guides\/discovery-gardens\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Discovery Gardens<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and are valued at a total <\/span><b>value of more than $ 600,000.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. According to passport data, the properties were acquired in the period after the end of 2016 and before the end of 2021.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Before the Dubai property acquisitions, the model Kirilova changed the wallpaper photo on her Facebook page with a photo with the logo of FiBank (FIB).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In December 2020 <\/span> <b>Anamaria Kirilova<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> becomes the sole owner of the registered in Sofia &#8220;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=206295837\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Jess AM<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/a>&#8220;<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;EOOD, and her mother Galina becomes a manager. The model acquired 100% of the shares in the company &#8220;at the price and conditions agreed in Appendix No 1&#8221; to the sales contract, which, however, was not submitted to the Commercial Register. A month earlier, the company&#8217;s capital was  <\/span><b>properties worth 618 000 BGN<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. So far, they have  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/uncovereddubai-1\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">published<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> data on properties <\/span> of the mother of MP <b>Delyan Peevski<\/b>, the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">construction boss <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/dubaiuncovered-zhelev\/\"><b>Veliko Zhelev<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/a>, the sister of the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Deputy Prosecutor General <\/span><b>Borislav Sarafov<\/b>, the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">builder of our pavilion for &#8220;Expo 2020&#8221; in Dubai <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/dubaiuncovered-2\/\"><b>Ralitsa Ivanova<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/dubaiuncovered-3\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sisters<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span><b>Gergana Simova<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> <\/span> and <b>Elitsa Proshenska<\/b> and the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> underground boss <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/dubaiuncovered-4\/\"><b>Radostin Barzanov<\/b><\/p>\n<p><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; <\/span><b>Rado the Sun<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, an aver of Taki and Vasil Iliev.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The &#8220;Dubai Disclosures&#8221; investigation is based on data on more than 800,000 records from Dubai&#8217;s land registry, which date back to 2020 and were obtained from C4ADS (Washington, D.C.-based Centre for Advanced Defence Research). They were shared with Norwegian financial centre E24, which coordinates the real estate investigation together with 20 investigative media, including  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.lemonde.fr\/les-decodeurs\/article\/2022\/05\/03\/l-immobilier-de-dubai-un-havre-pour-l-argent-des-oligarques-et-des-criminels_6124532_4355770.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Le Monde<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, S\u00fcddeutsche Zeitung, the Danish TV2 and OCCRP. As part of the network of  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.occrp.org\/en\/investigations\/dubai-uncovered-data-leak-exposes-how-criminals-officials-and-sanctioned-politicians-poured-money-into-dubai-real-estate\"><br \/>\n  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OCCRP<\/span><br \/>\n<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> BIRD is the Bulgarian partner in the project.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After the publication of the data, the NRA announced that it is starting inspections of Bulgarians with properties in Dubai, and yesterday the director <strong>Boris Mihaylov<\/strong> announced that data from the Emirates are expected for more than two hundred people who have acquired real estate there.
