Over the past 20 years, unsuccessful attempts have been made to adopt one, and in the archives of the Parliament&#8217;s website are preserved the submitted  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.parliament.bg\/bills\/40\/654-01-118.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bill<\/span><br \/>\n<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the 40th National Assembly (2005-2009) and <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/parliament.bg\/bills\/43\/554-01-53.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">legislation<\/span><br \/>\n<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  in the 43rd National Assembly (2014-2017). In his analysis on the subject  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.capital.bg\/politika_i_ikonomika\/bulgaria\/2014\/12\/31\/2446498_koi_se_strahuva_ot_zakon_za_lobizma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capital<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on December 31, 2014 cites <\/span> a <a href=\"http:\/\/transparency.bg\/wp-content\/files\/National_Report_LLL_Bulgaria_BG.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">survey<\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/a> of <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Transparency International Bulgaria, according to which more than half of Bulgarians believe that &#8220;the governance of the country is under the influence of significant private interests&#8221;, and in the headline asks: <\/span> <\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;Who&#8217;s afraid of the law of lobbying?&#8221;<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After BIRD updated <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/en\/?p=22329\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p><\/span> the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Open Data search application from the Trade Register, it recently developed an integrated<\/span> <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/ds-v-tr\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">public scanner<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which allows when entering the name of a person or a company to immediately check what data there are for public procurement, crown subsidies, beneficiaries of European funds, agricultural subsidies, houses for mother-in-law, cheap apartments, swaps, media subsidies, accounts in CCB, declarations of authorized persons, obligations to the NRA, etc., and last but not least &#8211;  <\/span><b>State Security Agents.<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Search engine reveals <\/span><strong>8903 companies<\/strong> with the participation of DS agents<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/en\/?p=22329&#038;q=%40agent+yes&#038;index=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full list<\/span><\/p>\n<p>  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p>  <\/span><br \/>\n<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He also opened <\/span><b>982 associations<\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (the so-called NGOs) <\/span>with the participation of DS agents<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/en\/?p=22329&#038;q=%D1%81%D0%B4%D1%80%D1%83%D0%B6%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B8%D0%B5%7C%D1%84%D0%BE%D0%BD%D0%B4%D0%B0%D1%86%D0%B8%D1%8F%7C%D0%B0%D1%81%D0%BE%D1%86%D0%B8%D0%B0%D1%86%D0%B8%D1%8F+%40agent+yes&#038;index=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Full list<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/p>\n<p>  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><\/a> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of these, <\/span><strong>38 associations in the field of tourism <\/strong>with the participation of DS agents.<\/p>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-4847\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bird.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/05\/gergov-260x300-1.jpg?resize=230%2C265&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"230\" height=\"265\"><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/en\/?p=9289&#038;v=view&#038;id=10335\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Krasimir Petrov Gergov<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  is the person with the most <strong>connectivity in a total of 57 companies<\/strong>, associations and foundations. It was declared as  <\/span><b>full-time employee DS<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">,<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>UBO (scout)<\/strong> by Decision No 72 of 03.08.2009 of the  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.comdos.bg\/%D0%9D%D0%B0%D1%87%D0%B0%D0%BB%D0%BE\/%D0%9F%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B2%D0%B5%D1%80%D0%B5%D0%BD%D0%B8_%D0%BB%D0%B8%D1%86%D0%B0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COMMODOS<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  (Commission for Disclosure of Documents and Announcing Affiliation of Bulgarian Citizens to the State Security and the Intelligence Services of the Bulgarian People&#8217;s Army), and subsequently several other decisions in 2017 and 2018.  <\/span>He owns  <a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/en\/krassimir-gergov-with-properties-for-millions-abroad-owes-half-a-million-to-the-nra-and-absorbs-millions-of-crown-subsidies\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">properties for millions abroad, owes half a million leva to the NRA<\/a>  and absorbs millions of corona subsidies.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition to being <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bivol.bg\/gergov-solak.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><br \/>\n  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a member of the Supervisory Board of bTV<\/span><br \/>\n<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Gergov is also involved in the management of other associations, associations and companies, better known among which are the Association of Advertising Agencies and his golf ventures.
