The wolf lost an important case against BDB<\/span><\/h2>\n

Rumen Gaitanski – The wolf<\/b> and the wolf lawyer <\/span>Ivan Georgiev<\/b>
\n lost<\/span>
\n<\/a> important case against the Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB). The Wolf Companies “<\/span>Roadway Construction<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>” and “<\/span>Patstroyengineering<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>” filed a lawsuit 9 months ago against BDB, asking the court to rule that there is no valid collateral established in favor of BDB. The wolf demands are actually quite confused and schizophrenic as Gaitanski and Georgiev (G&G) claim the deletion of the entry in the Commercial Register, whereby BDB proceeds to execute the pledge on the shares of the companies \u2013 after they stop paying their colossal loans (over BGN 150 million<\/strong>) granted by <\/span>Stoyan Mavrodiev<\/b> with the blessing of “Bok from Bankya”.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/a> The wolf desires, however, patiently explaining and pointing out that there is no way for the entry to be null and void unless the pledge contract itself is such. However, this is established by another claim, and such a case the Wolf has not initiated. That is, if you have not done A first, you cannot directly claim B. With these arguments, the Sofia City Court ruled against G&G, and the decision is not final.<\/span><\/p>\n

Just like proc. Georgi Nikolov from SP quickly began to investigate Assen Vassilev on a signal from… Joro Insa. From Gorna Oryahovitsa.<\/span><\/p>\n

Of course, the invaluable coalition partner of GERB and MRF Geshev may decide to participate in the campaign for parliament in another way. We’ll see soon enough.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Taki-Maki” again remain at Kapitan Andreevo<\/span><\/h2>\n

Kapitan Andreevo’s<\/span> “Golden Laboratory<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/a>” “Eurolab 2011<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a>” and the “Taki-Maki” round <\/span>managed<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a> to stop the preliminary execution<\/b> from a second attempt <\/span><\/span><\/span> on an order of the Regional Governor, which ordered the seizure of state-owned properties for which Eurolab 2011 has a lease agreement with the Bulgarian Food Safety Agency. The failed attempt<\/a> was days earlier.<\/span><\/p>\n

Judge Silvia Dimitrova from the Sofia City Administrative Court (ACSC) suspended the preliminary execution of the order. <\/span>Definition<\/span><\/a> from 27.02.2023 is not final and can be appealed to the “Court of Miracles” YOU. We will watch and report to the public.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier this week<\/span>, we revealed<\/span><\/a> that on 27.02.2023 the second public procurement for the construction of Kapitan Andreevo’s state laboratory was suspended. <\/span> The stay is currently being appealed by the state.<\/span><\/p>\n

GERB MP sentenced to 3 years on probation <\/span><\/h2>\n

Former GERB MP <\/span>Dimitar Gamishev<\/b> was <\/b>sentenced<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/a> to 3 years<\/b> in prison (conditionally) for tax crimes in particularly large amounts<\/strong>. <\/span> Sentence<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a> It has been in Blagoevgrad since yesterday and the motives are in the process of being prepared. Gamishev was sentenced to pay the state over 200,000 leva (the saved taxes themselves). Two years ago, the Supreme Administrative Court confirmed the audit act against him for the same amount.<\/span><\/p>\n

On the other hand, however, Gamishev (so far) won the case for his mother-in-law house and will not have to return BGN 400,000 in EU subsidies. On a complaint of the SFA, the Supreme Administrative Court has scheduled the cassation case for May \u2013 but in view of the practice that has been formed so far, we do not hold much hope. The chances of the SFA are not good, as the scruffy orders and acts of Gerbera Rumen Porozhanov are to blame. He himself is not guilty of anything, of course, nor does anyone hold him to account. Guaranteed by Tsatsarov and Geshev.<\/span><\/p>\n

With this, however, the headaches for Gamishev are far from ending \u2013 at the end of this month the confiscation case that KPKONPI is conducting against him is scheduled. “Tony Balconi” claims forfeiture of 600,000 leva. As the saying goes, “Join GERB, become a millionaire.” We’ll see how the case goes, which is just beginning. The judge on it Katya Belyova, however, is a highly non-random person and enjoys a very problematic reputation (to put it mildly). Time will tell.<\/span><\/p>\n

We recall that recently “Zhivko Sudjuka” from GERB also received only a suspended (two-year) sentence. The case against another prominent (magnetic!) gerber and master of a house-mother-in-law, Alexander Manolev, has been quietly cycling at first instance for 5 years. When will it end, a devil <\/span>Knows…<\/span><\/p>\n

Has Vesela Lecheva declared false data?<\/span><\/h2>\n

A new <\/span> declaration by Vesela Lecheva<\/b>, Minister of Sports in the caretaker government <\/span> reappointed by President <\/span>Rumen Radev<\/b>, confirms<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a> that she has declared false data<\/strong> in a previous declaration and from August 2022 continues to be inconsistent with her position.<\/span><\/p>\n

MRF SJC cadre Ivan Dimov to be extradited! <\/span><\/h2>\n

Out of the shame, the Kasketura still dared <\/span> to protest<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a> the refusal of Judge Petko to extradite <\/span>Ivan Dimov<\/b> in Austria. We recall that the SJC-cadre of MRF Dimov got rid of extradition to Austria at first instance for <\/span>
\n fraud and money laundering<\/span>
\n<\/a>. As Judge Petko said (proposed at the time for dismissal by Tsatsarov): “We have a prosecutor’s office in our country, let it investigate.” Well, never.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n<\/a> is already scheduled at the Plovdiv Court of Appeal for Monday, March 6th. The panel is: Magdalina Ivanova (rapporteur), Velina Antonova and Mihaela Buyuklieva. Meanwhile, much more details have emerged about the Austrian prosecutor’s charges against Dimov. Whether the triple-court panel will pay attention to them is soon to be seen. We are yet to find out whether the court decision will be published \u2013 or will again be hidden, as happened in the General Assembly of Plovdiv. Small but important detail: Judge Ivanova is the president of the court, while judge Buyuklieva is vice-president. The job, as they say, seems to be getting fat.<\/span><\/p>\n

The smoking empire of the “consultant” Kovachki<\/span><\/h2>\n

The action in district heating in 6 cities under the supervision of the European Public Prosecutor’s Office and Laura Kovesi against the TPPs associated with the “consultant” <\/span>Hristo Kovachki<\/b> is under investigation <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/a> of OCCRP and Dimitar Stoyanov<\/a> on falsified emission allowances. The shooting of the consultant-piggy bank Kovachki is an important stage in the fight against the thug-pork cohort.<\/span><\/p>\n
