March 6, 2023. A good day for Plovdiv \u2013 and a good day for justice and the rule of law. In the first instance <\/span>the honorary Swineherd, Freemason and Russian Consul<\/b>\/citizen Georgy Gergov <\/span>
\n lost<\/b>
\n<\/a> the case for the Plovdiv Fair. Although inconclusive, the decision of Judge Simeon Zahariev puts <\/span>serious rod in the wagon of the pig breeder from the village of Manole<\/b>, a good friend<\/span> of Sotir Tsatsarov<\/b> and even better of <\/span>Boko-ot-Bankya<\/b> \u2013 and stops his frantic efforts to swallow the super-majority stake in this Plovdiv and national icon with centuries-old traditions. The subject of the case is precisely the pre-Christmas decision of the Municipal Council of Plovdiv, with which the combined forces of the councilors from <\/span>GERB-for-Gergov<\/b> and <\/span>BSP-for-Gergov<\/b> They gave the fair to the Russian consul. As a key gergovo blade then it appeared <\/span>Nikolay Radev<\/b>, whose property “peculiarities” we highlighted in a separate <\/span>
\n publication<\/b>
\n<\/a>. Under strong public pressure, the mayor of the city, Zdravko Dimitrov, filed a lawsuit and respectively blocked the entry in the commercial register of the increased German share in the fair.<\/span><\/p>\n

What does the Court now say in substance? A few key things. In the first place, the court finds, “<\/span>that by sending an invitation on 16.11.2022 to the plaintiff, in his capacity as a shareholder in the defendant company, to hold a general meeting of shareholders on 24.11.2022, the provision of Article 223, paragraph 5 of the CA was violated, since there are no 30 days from the sending of the invitation to the holding of the meeting<\/span><\/i>.” <\/span>The pig farmer broke down in a hurry<\/b>In other words. Then we read that “<\/span>that deadline has not been met, so the decisions taken at the GMS of the defendant company held on 24.11.2022 as procedurally unlawful are subject to revocation.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i> “<\/span><\/p>\n

Gergov argues in his defense that the representative of the municipality (<\/span>Gerber Yasen Mihaylov<\/b>)) appeared at the general meeting of Puldin, had no objections to the agenda and exercised the right to vote of the municipality. That is, the rights of the Municipality of Plovdiv as a shareholder were duly protected, you see. However, the court is categorical \u2013 since the meeting was originally convened illegally, it does not matter who came, what he said and how he voted. As a dessert, the Swine Maker was ordered to pay 4,000 leva in court costs.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Second Case<\/b><\/h2>\n

We can predict with a high degree of probability that Georgi Gergov will appeal. He had a lot of money, he gave it… As he said <\/span>The Immortal Bai Ganyo<\/b> (any visual visual and and characteristic characteristic similarities similarities are are random). However, there is a second case in which Mayor Zdravko appealed the legal tyurge-casserole, mixed by the municipal councilors on January 9th. Then, in an attempt to circumvent the first “block”, the Pig Farmer convened a (regular) second meeting of shareholders, whereby <\/span>force the holding of a second meeting<\/b> of municipal councillors. On it, GERB-for-Gergov and BSP-for-Gergov voted schizophrenic and legally contradictory decisions, which are currently being challenged in court in this second case. The hearing is scheduled for the end of March \u2013 and we have yet to see how the case will unfold. As always, BIRD <\/span>He will be vigilant and inform<\/b> the public.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Prosecutor’s Office Scratches and Listens<\/b><\/h2>\n

Like any misery and scheme in Bulgaria, the picture here would not have been completed without the participation (or non-participation) of the Bulgarian <\/span>government<\/b>. And this is so, first the Specialized, and recently the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office <\/span>stupidly but stubbornly hide<\/b> the decree with which he washed the (former) Russian citizen <\/span>Ivan Nikolaevich Portnih<\/b> For non-compliance with the decision of the Varna Municipal Council from 2017 to return the shares of the fair to the state. This is a sign of the continuing special attitude of the government towards GERB and Nikolaevic in particular. Nothing that <\/span>A year ago, the mayor was <\/b>
\n indicted.<\/b>
\n<\/a> on another case \u2013 the unprecedented fecal spill in Varna Lake. An additional sign of benevolence is that to date this accusation has not entered the court \u2013 and obviously will not enter before the local elections (if it ever enters). The reason \u2013 Borisov and Geshev, together and separately, “<\/span>I love being crazy.<\/b> “<\/span><\/p>\n

Silence from the Pigeon Shop<\/b><\/h2>\n

On the other hand, however, the passer of <\/span>the official Radev pigeons<\/b> is inexplicable on the subject. Caretaker Economy Minister Nikola Stoyanov <\/span>refuses to take a stand<\/b> on the scandal with the <\/span>Gergovo Fair<\/b> \u2013 and diverts the questions asked to him on the subject. After all, the Ministry of Economy, as the legal principal of the shares, should demand them back from Ivan Portnih. This has not been done to this day, obviously in order to give Gergov time to realize (one way or another) the scheme for gaining the fair. This is just another proof of <\/span>the warm Masonic<\/b> (and other) <\/span>relations<\/b> between <\/span> brother Gergov and brother Rumen Radev<\/b>. For Brother Sotir Tsatsarov not to mention \u2013 it is enough just to recall that in 2017 during the scandalous meeting consecrated by <\/span>TZUMgate<\/b> Gergov has addressed the Prosecutor General with<\/span> “Soti<\/b>” and<\/span> “Tsatsi”<\/b>“.
