A few months ago <\/span>we informed<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/a> you how none other than the Special Court acquitted the “killers” of the <\/span>State Enterprise<\/b> (<\/span>Delyan Peevski<\/b>). A few days ago, the second instance <\/span>Rule<\/b><\/a>, affirming the acquittal. Without delving into and bothering you in detail with the court’s decision, we will mark only a few key sentences from the motives of the Sofia Court of Appeal (SAC).<\/span><\/p>\n

“<\/span>
\n The indictment observes terminological problems related to used concepts of the NC, which are either <\/span>
\n<\/i>
\n not understood<\/i>
\n<\/b>
\n or <\/span>
\n<\/i>
\n confused<\/i>
\n<\/b> when the indictment was filed. The way in which the indictment is constructed has rather the structure of an <\/span><\/i>a described story<\/i><\/p>\n

<\/b> that <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i>is not backed by any evidence<\/i><\/p>\n

<\/b>. Everything is built within the <\/span><\/i>assumptions<\/i><\/p>\n

<\/b> and in <\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i>a kind of publicistic style<\/i><\/p>\n

<\/b>, without any specificity and reasonableness.<\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i> “<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Prosecutor’s Office as a Picture<\/span><\/h2>\n

Translated into popular language <\/span> – story-by-picture<\/b> and <\/span>nonsense-of-rubs<\/b>. The indictment against “Peevski’s killers” is an expression of the highest degree of professional ineptitude, incompetence and <\/span>pure sample scruff<\/b>. Of course, this will in no way harm the career development of its author, on the contrary – it will help. There are actually two authors. First of all, <\/span>Lieutenant Colonel Genka Brezashka<\/b>, worked on the case “Bobokov’s garbage”. At the end of 2022, the court <\/span>Back<\/b><\/a> Her indictment in this case is unfit, and to this day it is unclear what is happening in the investigation. The second prosecutor, however, is a real star – <\/span>Kalin Bliznakov<\/b>, the author of obv. ACT IN CASE <\/span>NAPleaks<\/b>, which has just recently entered the judicial phase. In this act proc. Twin Famous <\/span>wrote<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/a> that the talks on how the Borisov cabinet should leave carry out the composition of treason and terrorism. <\/span> God, put away your tools<\/b>… We can only add us.<\/span><\/p>\n

Prosecutors, majors…<\/span><\/h2>\n

Prosecutor-Major Julian Lefterov<\/b> pleaded at the hearing before the SAS in defense of Peevski <\/span>, which for this purpose is seconded by the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office (Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office) to the Appellate Prosecutor’s Office. But anyway, his pleading doesn’t catch dikish. Major Lefterov is a famous and non-accidental person. For example, he is the magistrate who has repeatedly terminated with absurd <\/span>motives<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/a> the investigation into <\/span> the police beating<\/b> of journalist Dimitar Kenarov, who was beaten by the people’s militia, pardon gendarmerie, during the <\/span>Great People’s Uprising<\/b> on September 2, 2020. Others were beaten, but they were never guilty. <\/span>Found<\/b><\/a>. They don’t want to deal with prosecutors, and that’s it.<\/span><\/p>\n

But Major Lefterov is actually better known for something else. As we revealed in this our <\/span>investigation<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/a>, originally he worked on the case<\/span> “The Eight Dwarfs”<\/b>“, together with prosecutors Vihra Pophristova and Ivan Petrov. But what we found out recently – proc. Pophristova was “seconded” back to the Sofia Regional Prosecutor’s Office (SRS), while <\/span>Major Lefterov was catapulted<\/b> up to the Sofia Appellate Prosecutor’s Office (SAP). And so “The Dwarves” remains to work only… <\/span>the famous Ivan Petrov<\/b>. We have told about him irrigation over the years, and we should only add to date that he is also the prosecutor supervising <\/span>the file about the “coup against Geshev<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/a>“, within which <\/span>the boss <\/b> of the government gave a unique press conference with flash drives, printed pieces of paper and other endearing “evidence” of the planned coup by Curro<\/span>,<\/b> journalists and a <\/span>bunch of other bad people<\/b><\/p>\n

<\/b> <\/span> from Bulgaria, Romania, France, Switzerland… Probably <\/span>from Mars<\/b>.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

It remains to be seen whether Major Lefterov will bother to write a cassation protest in the case of the “<\/span>unkilled Peevski”.<\/b>“. If he does, the case will reach the SCC and there the seir will continue. Of course, we will follow the development of the seira, pardon the case – and inform the public in due course.<\/span><\/p>\n

Peevski – killed, blackmailed, exhausted, wronged…<\/span><\/h2>\n

Despite the barren results, it cannot be denied to the gentlemen prosecutors that they are making <\/span>a great effort<\/b> to defend the State Enterprise. <\/span> The best lawyer – the Bulgarian Prosecutor’s Office<\/b>. Only with “<\/span>Magnitsky<\/b>“They fail to help poor Peevski, Yazka! They were not talking about <\/span>blackmail<\/b><\/a>, murder plots and whatnot. The common thing in any case is that in the end everything turns out to be <\/span>K\u00f6rfischek and Punta Mara<\/b>. The other common thing is that Peevski never realized that he was being blackmailed or that he would be killed. Only the prosecutors seem to have understood. How – God knows. <\/span>The Lord’s Instrument<\/b> And he knows – but he keeps quiet and does not say. Instead, every other day he whines how threatened he is, unloved, and so on. Currently, there are people in custody who once called Peevski’s blackmailers. These same people could <\/span>Tell<\/b><\/a> many interesting things about Peevski, the Euro and personally about Geshev. And they were about to do it. And maybe that’s why they sit in jail – to silence them.<\/span><\/p>\n
