The BIRD team analyzed and summarized the data from the Electronic Budget Payments System (SEBRA)<\/a> to grain producers, also called “grainers”, and related companies. The analysis shows that the first <\/span>25 families<\/b> nippers<\/b> and several cooperatives, have received <\/span>1.3 billion<\/b><\/a> Budget payments in different periods from 2007 to 2022. The amounts include both direct payments for arable land and subsidies, financing for machinery, tractors, harvesters, refunded excise duty on fuel, etc. It has already become clear that not all grain producers support the protest.<\/span><\/p>\n

Among the grain recipients of subsidies is <\/span>G\u00fcnay Husmen<\/b>, <\/span>
\n MP<\/span>
\n<\/a> from GERB (BGN 20.6 million), as well as (BGN 4.8 million) the sister of Nadezhda Yordanova, MP from PP-DB. The two members are not <\/span>
\n voted<\/span>
\n<\/a> on the decision on grain from Ukraine because they are in a situation of conflict of interest. <\/span>G\u00fcnay Husmen<\/b> is a protesting nippler and a member of the Committee on Agriculture in Parliament. On his Facebook page, he regularly <\/span>Inform<\/span><\/a> How’s the family farming business going? Husman is the MP with the most expensive car. The former governor of Razgrad is <\/span>

Last year, a check of the BFSA <\/span>
\n was found<\/span>
\n<\/a> in the crops of the famous <\/span>Svetlozar Dichevski<\/b> three pesticides banned in the EU and in Bulgaria. Banned because they destroy bees. The inspection begins after a signal of bee poisoning. The police were called. The seed drills were opened, samples were taken from the seeds and the sprouted plants. Laboratory analyses everywhere prove the banned neonicotinoids clothianidin, thiamethoxam and cyproconazole. An inspection of Dichevski’s companies by joint teams of the State Agency for National Security (DANS), the General Directorate for Combatting Organized Crime and the National Police Directorate began. The prosecutor’s office was also approached. According to operational data, the banned neonicotinoids enter through Kapitan Andreevo and are controlled by a person nicknamed since the dawn of the Transition. Currently, Dichevski’s companies are suing the BFSA and continue to receive millions of subsidies.<\/span><\/p>\n
