The President of Vazrazhdane Political Party <\/span>Kostadin Kostadinov<\/b>, also called “<\/span>Copeikin<\/b>“, and more recently and “<\/span>Kotseto Shortoshkov<\/span><\/a>… who writes in short letters” now has at his disposal a plot of land with <\/span>1089 SqM <\/b>The plot plot is is adjacent adjacent to to the the <\/span>House<\/b><\/a> of Kostadinov and was purchased <\/span>only for 4500 BGN<\/b> or <\/span>2,11 euro\/sq.m.<\/b> The deal took place at the end of December 2022 and is <\/span>in the name of Kostadinov’s mother<\/b>. The price is extremely low for this type of property in regulation, in a villa zone with a wonderful panorama to Varna Lake. Similar plots in the area are currently available for sale at prices between 10 – 20 Euro\/sq.m.<\/span><\/p>\n

The BIRD.BG team recently found out about the deal from our reader from the region of Varna. The information was studied and checked by us in the Property Register, in the Cadastre, as well as in the information available on the official website of the Municipality of Varna. From the announcement of the municipality it is understood that the property has been made <\/span>Circumstantial verification<\/span><\/a> for pi id. No 38354.502.280, requested by proxy from Rositsa Karabozhilova. This happened in the autumn, after which on 19.12.2022 Karabogilova was issued a statement of findings under a circumstantial inspection. Days later, just before Christmas, on 23.12.2022, Rositsa Karazhilova sold the plot to <\/span>Elenka Kostadinova<\/b> – <\/span>mother of Kostadin Kostadinov<\/b>. The property is adjacent to <\/span> Kostadinov’s<\/span> house<\/b><\/p>\n

In our previous publication<\/span>, we revealed<\/span><\/p>\n

The objects are visible on a video shot in 2020 with a drone, published in Dnevnik. The justification – were movable objects.
