{"id":36733,"date":"2023-07-31T14:44:25","date_gmt":"2023-07-31T12:44:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bird.bg\/?p=36733"},"modified":"2025-03-01T20:35:47","modified_gmt":"2025-03-01T19:35:47","slug":"kostadinov-new-plot","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bird.bg\/en\/kostadinov-new-plot\/","title":{"rendered":"For 2 euros per square meter Kostadinov acquired the property in front of his house"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The President of Vazrazhdane Political Party  <\/span><b>Kostadin Kostadinov<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, also called &#8220;<\/span><b>Copeikin<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;, and more recently and &#8220;<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediapool.bg\/zashto-liderat-na-vazrazhdane-be-narechen-kotseto-kasopishkov-news347154.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Kotseto Shortoshkov<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8230; who writes in short letters&#8221; now has at his disposal a plot of land with  <\/span><b>1089 SqM  <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The plot plot is is adjacent adjacent to to the the  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/vazrazhdane-kostadinov-villa\/\"><b>House<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  of Kostadinov and was purchased  <\/span><b>only for 4500 BGN<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  or  <\/span><b>2,11 euro\/sq.m.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  The deal took place at the end of December 2022 and is  <\/span><b>in the name of Kostadinov&#8217;s mother<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The price is extremely low for this type of property in regulation, in a villa zone with a wonderful panorama to Varna Lake. Similar plots in the area are currently available for sale at prices between 10 &#8211; 20 Euro\/sq.m.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The BIRD.BG team recently found out about the deal from our reader from the region of Varna. The information was studied and checked by us in the Property Register, in the Cadastre, as well as in the information available on the official website of the Municipality of Varna. From the announcement of the municipality it is understood that the property has been made  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.varna.bg\/bg\/messages\/5629\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Circumstantial verification<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  for pi id. No 38354.502.280, requested by proxy from Rositsa Karabozhilova. This happened in the autumn, after which on 19.12.2022 Karabogilova was issued a statement of findings under a circumstantial inspection. Days later, just before Christmas, on 23.12.2022, Rositsa Karazhilova sold the plot to  <\/span><b>Elenka Kostadinova<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> &#8211; <\/span><b>mother of Kostadin Kostadinov<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The objects are visible on a video shot in 2020 with a drone, published in Dnevnik. The justification &#8211; were movable objects. He financed the deal with a mortgage loan for BGN 199,494.66. The loan has been repaid in the last two years. How much more he has to pay from the loan for the house we will find out from the next property declaration of  <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.parliament.bg\/bg\/MP\/4183\"><br \/>\n  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the MP<\/span><br \/>\n<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Curious detail about <\/span><b>Kostadin Kostadinov&#8217;s<\/b> house<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  It was found in a Facebook post. In it, he boasts of a decree of the Deputy District Prosecutor of Varna Diana Ivanova, with which she has terminated criminal proceedings against him. However, we learn from the decree that the Prosecutor&#8217;s Office has established the existence of  <\/span><b>preliminary contract<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for the house <\/span><b>at a higher agreed price<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> of <\/span><b>140 thousand euros<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  \/273 816.20 lv.\/. The preliminary contract was submitted to the bank for granting the loan! The conviction is because Kostadinov has repeatedly called the reporter a &#8220;bespoke journalist&#8221; and so on.
