For this transaction, he used a bank account at Sabadell Bank in Barcelona, which was funded by his own account with UniCredit Bulbank. However, the funds for the purchase of the property are not Chaushev&#8217;s. They were transferred to his accounts with UniCredit Bulbank under a mandate contract concluded between him and the company &#8220;<strong><br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=040902318\">Terra Tour Service<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8221; EOOD. The contract was concluded on 15.02.2013 and explicitly states the price of the property &#8211; EUR <strong>2 900<\/strong> 000 and an additional amount of <strong>EUR 350 000<\/strong> for notarial expenses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Terra <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=040902318\">Tour Servi<\/a>z Ltd. is owned by Agrohold AD, <span style=\"color: #000000;\">which since January 2023 has been renamed to Terra Way Investment Group AD, and<\/span> 99% of the shares of <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=831259024\">Agrohold<\/a> AD are held by the Cypriot <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.com\/companies\/cy\/HE68808\">Terra Way Holding Limited<\/a>. Terra Way is the actual owner of <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=6c4b0778368f502cbdaef10d9f3c3467c1dad8ad189e51bda26bcb4f3d7cff32\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Valentin Vasilev Zlatev<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a> &#8211; a close friend of <strong>Boyko Borisov<\/strong> and longtime director of Lukoil Bulgaria.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Shortly after buying the property, Chaushev transferred the ownership to the Spanish legal entity <strong>Numin Invest SL,<\/strong> a company with the only owner until then &#8211; <strong>Borislava Georgieva Yovcheva<\/strong>.<br \/>\nNumin&#8217;s capital increased by <strong>2.9 million euros<\/strong>, including the value of the property that was &#8220;contributed&#8221; to the company.<br \/>\nThe house is formally owned by Alexander Chaushev and Yana Asenova Goranova, Chaushev&#8217;s wife.<br \/>\nIn June 2013, Georgi Stankov Yovchev, father of Borislava Yovcheva, became manager of Numin Invest SL, with no change in the ownership of the company.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After Yovcheva&#8217;s luxury cloister became a subject of media interest, the house was sold for 1.8m euros. The money went back to Zlatev.<br \/>\nTwo transfers amounting to EUR 900,000 on 20.09.2021 and EUR 959,959.40 on 21.09.2021 respectively were received in the bank account of <strong>Alexander Chaushev.<\/strong> <strong><br \/>\nOn 28.09.2021, the total amount of the two transfers was transferred to an intrabank account of the company &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=040902318\">Terra Tour Service<\/a>&#8221; EOOD, as a reason is: &#8220;Fulfillment of an obligation under an order contract&#8221;.<br \/>\nThen, on 04.10.2021, a transfer of 1.85 million euros was ordered from the bank account of Terra Tour Service Ltd. Agriway Holdings Limited&#8217;s bank account in Switzerland with IBAN: CH6708686131058203978.<br \/>\nThe reason for the translation is &#8220;Liquidation share from Nm S.L.&#8221; (transfer funds from Nm S.L.).<br \/>\nThe Swiss company has the beneficial owner <strong>Valentin Vasilev Zlatev<\/strong>.<\/strong>     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zlatev and Chaushev have a rich joint business history, and their acquaintance began as early as their student years at <strong>MGIMO<\/strong> in Moscow.<br \/>\nInvestigators in Bulgaria have also reached the &#8220;banker of Zlatev&#8221; &#8211; <strong>Asen Lyubenov Naydenov<\/strong>, their fellow student, who was also on the supervisory board of CIBANK, owned by <strong>Tsvetelina Borislavova<\/strong> &#8211; the woman next to <strong>Boyko Borisov<\/strong>.<br \/>\nNaydenov&#8217;s home was searched and computer devices and phones containing bank transactions relevant to the investigation were seized, as we reported in a previous <a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/naydenov-barcelonagate\/\">publication<\/a> on the subject.    <\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"XwbptJMI4g\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/en\/naydenov-barcelonagate\/\">\u0420\u0443\u0441\u043a\u0430 \u0432\u0440\u044a\u0437\u043a\u0430 \u0438\u0437\u043b\u0438\u0437\u0430 \u0432 \u0411\u0430\u0440\u0441\u0435\u043b\u043e\u043d\u0430\u0433\u0435\u0439\u0442<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute; &#8212; BIRD\" src=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/en\/naydenov-barcelonagate\/embed\/#?secret=00b3zQ1sGA#?secret=XwbptJMI4g\" data-secret=\"XwbptJMI4g\" width=\"600\" height=\"338\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During Borisov&#8217;s rule, <strong>Lukoil<\/strong> was in a privileged position and paid almost no taxes in Bulgaria.<br \/>\nThe attempts of the former head of the Customs Agency <strong>Vanyo Tanov<\/strong> to put counters on fuel warehouses proved unsuccessful.<br \/>\nUnder Borissov&#8217;s first government, Lukoil Bulgaria received a concession for the port of Rosenets, which, in addition to being unprofitable for the state, turned key infrastructure into practically a &#8220;Russian enclave&#8221;.<br \/>\nIn these budget budget gifts from the state to the Russian oil monopoly can be sought the cause, or the so-called. predicate crime for the provision of such an amount by Zlatev for the mother of Borisov&#8217;s child.   <\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business by Yordan Hristov<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After settling in Barcelona, <strong>Borislava Yovcheva<\/strong> embarked on the business of luxury fashion clothes.<br \/>\nFor this purpose, in August 2014, the company controlled by Borislava Yovcheva and Georgi Yovchev &#8211; <strong>Ema BGS SL<\/strong>, was established.<br \/>\nInitially, it had a capital of 3,100 euros.<br \/>\nOn 10.02.2015 Yovchev deposited the amount of another EUR 500,000 in capital and accepted a new partner &#8211; the Cypriot company &#8220;<strong>Palms Enterprises (Overseas) Limited<\/strong>&#8220;, which also contributed <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.com\/companies\/cy\/HE72762\">EUR 500,000<\/a>.<strong><br \/>\nOn 16.05.2015 the capital was increased by <strong>another 750,000 euros<\/strong>, shared between Yovchev and Palms.<br \/>\nThe company rents a company store of the Italian brand Ermanno Scervino on the most expensive boulevard Passeig de Gr\u00e0cia.<\/strong>     <\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_1679\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-1679\" style=\"width: 1024px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" fetchpriority=\"high\" class=\"wp-image-1512 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bird.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/hristov-yovcheva.jpg?resize=1024%2C575&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"575\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bird.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/hristov-yovcheva.jpg?resize=1024%2C575&amp;ssl=1 1024w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bird.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/hristov-yovcheva.jpg?resize=300%2C169&amp;ssl=1 300w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bird.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/hristov-yovcheva.jpg?resize=768%2C431&amp;ssl=1 768w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bird.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/hristov-yovcheva.jpg?resize=1170%2C657&amp;ssl=1 1170w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bird.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/hristov-yovcheva.jpg?resize=585%2C329&amp;ssl=1 585w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/bird.bg\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/hristov-yovcheva.jpg?w=1200&amp;ssl=1 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-1679\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Yordan Hristov and Borislava Yovcheva got married shortly before El Periodico&#8217;s publication about her luxurious life in Barcelona.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Investigators have determined that the entire capital for the boutique, including the shares of Georgi Yovchev, comes from the company &#8220;<strong><br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/opencorporates.com\/companies\/cy\/HE72762\">Palms Enterprises (Overseas) Limited<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong>&#8220;, which is controlled by <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=2cc6e259d838fc911107e0312a65dd2a9d1e893dde2273497e55cdc84bc8a675\"><br \/>\n  <strong>Yordan Nikolov Hristov<\/strong><br \/>\n<\/a>. The money came from the Cypriot account of Palms Enterprises (Overseas) Ltd SU46005002400002400118587002 and the transfers were made between 27.01.2015 and 01.07.2019 to an account with IBAN: ES4900810045790001699173 opened in the name of <strong>Ema BGS SL<\/strong> at Banco DE Sabadell. The total amount is  <\/span><b>EUR 1 861 408<\/b> and the <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> grounds for the transfers are various loan agreements signed by <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=cc04696467868baf6a8a7961214bd86d2b62ef479e39fd1e60326dcde794ad92\">Silvia Ilieva Nikolova<\/a> \/ wife of Yordan Hristov \/ representing Palms Enterprises (Overseas) Ltd and Georgi Yovchev, representing Ema BGS SL.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, this is not all. On 22.12.2016 to <strong>EMA BGS SL<\/strong> were translated  <\/span><b>EUR 70 000<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">  from a Swiss bank account in the name of Palms Enterprises (Overseas) Ltd.<br \/>\nThe account is in euro and was opened at <strong>Banque Cramer<\/strong> on 04.06.2013, a few months after Yovcheva&#8217;s establishment in Spain.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another source of funds is a Maltese account of the Belize offshore <strong>Forman Group Limited<\/strong>.<br \/>\nIt is owned by Antoaneta Stefanova Tsoneva, but the person authorized to dispose of the funds on the cited accounts is Yordan Nikolov Hristov.<br \/>\nOn 30.06.2015 Forman transfers from a bank account MT16MBWM07113000000199003540016    <\/span><b>EUR 200 000<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> per <strong>Ema BGS SL<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thus, the total investment in Yovcheva&#8217;s boutique exceeds house in Barcelona became the subject of media publications in Bulgaria and in March 2019, <strong>DG BOETS<\/strong> filed a signal with the Spanish Prosecutor&#8217;s Office.<br \/>\nChanges then took place in the ownership of <strong>Ema BGS SL<\/strong> .<br \/>\nOn 25.07.2019, Georgi Yovchev and Silvia Ilieva Nikolova (wife of Yordan Hristov) were deleted as managers and Sancho Jose Sergi was registered as such.<br \/>\nThis person is also a representative of Catbug 15SL, where the manager is <strong>Ilian Rachev Penev<\/strong>, nicknamed &#8220;<strong>Mazzola<\/strong>&#8220;.<br \/>\nTwo weeks later, Miglena Hristova Nikolova was registered as a manager, with whom Iliyan Penev has a child in common.<br \/>\nPhotos on social networks show that Miglena Nikolova has previously worked in Yovcheva&#8217;s boutique.     <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On February 21, 2020, the Catalan newspaper <strong>El Periodico<\/strong> published a publication revealing that <strong>Spanish police and prosecutors are conducting an investigation into money laundering<\/strong> related to <strong>Borislava Yovcheva<\/strong> and <strong>Boyko Borisov<\/strong>.<br \/>\nThe investigation first mentioned Chervigno&#8217;s boutique.<br \/>\nA few days later, the store was quickly emptied.    <\/span><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_3161\" At that time, Vibidi Energy is owned by <strong><br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=b66aa28c0d5fe1ac562547ea0e838313b9e34cdb39c37f9d0d5159c87ac6b1d0\">Rositsa Mihaylova Velkova<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong>, activist and author of the first economic program of GERB.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On 19.03.2020, <strong>Rositsa Velkova<\/strong> sold the shares of the company &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=202858327\">VBG Energy<\/a>&#8221; Ltd. to <strong><br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=b187bacd6cdecec4642b2582ba5e8ff5a7ad5e08f1d444ab70fbd569e209a391\">Desislava Rumenova Spasova<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong>, Bulgarian lawyer and current manager of the company, together with Vasil Nikolov Petev, an expert in the field of energy. Desislava Rumenova Spasova is married to <strong>Svetoslav Ivanov Spasov<\/strong>, who was an adviser to former Prime Minister <strong>Boyko Borisov<\/strong>, a lawmaker and diplomat in Vienna. He is from Borisov&#8217;s closest entourage, and back in the years he was investigated for suspicious transactions with expropriation of his own lands at the expense of the state. According to Spasov himself in front of BIRD.BG, he was separated from his wife, who lived with <strong>the chief architect of Sofia Zdravko Zdravkov<\/strong> and questions about this company should be addressed to him.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The bank transactions in favor of <strong>Ema BGS SL<\/strong> , however, show that VBG Energy financed the Spanish company even before formally acquiring it and this was done with money from Bulgarian companies of <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=2cc6e259d838fc911107e0312a65dd2a9d1e893dde2273497e55cdc84bc8a675\">Yordan Hristov<\/a>, which have absorbed millions from EU funds and public procurement. These are the companies &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=836143969\">Himmash<\/a>&#8221; AD, which transferred to &#8220;VBG Energy&#8221; a total of <strong>70,000 euros<\/strong> in three tranches and &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=201345414\">Sof Project Engineering<\/a>&#8221; Ltd. transferred <strong>35,000 euros<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The latter company is owned and managed by <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=e3d68e7c7c6361f58505c92234cd82ca2a353105940c6dc31e43ef8b2355cb57\">Ivan Stoyanov Yordanov<\/a> (Hristov&#8217;s nephew). 150,000 euros were transferred to the Bulgarian account of VBG Energy, which then paid suppliers and lawyers for the closure of the business.   <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The whole adventure with <strong>Schervinho&#8217;s boutique<\/strong> costs <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=2cc6e259d838fc911107e0312a65dd2a9d1e893dde2273497e55cdc84bc8a675\">Yordan Nikolov Hristov&#8217;s<\/a> business <strong>EUR 2,236,408<\/strong>. To justify these costs, he <strong><br \/>\n  <a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/barcelona-hristov-yovcheva\/\">even married<\/a><br \/>\n<\/strong> <strong>Borislava Yovcheva<\/strong> a few days before the publication of El Periodico. Asked <a href=\"https:\/\/bird.bg\/barcelona-hristov-yovcheva\/\">by BIRD.BG<\/a> , Hristov replied that Yovcheva&#8217;s child was not from him and the boutique had swallowed a lot of money while being at a loss.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">It is not clear from the available data how the capital of <strong>Ema BGS SL<\/strong> \/1.75m euros) was transferred. EUR \/ by Georgi Yovchev and Palms Enterprises of VBG Energy.<br \/>\nHowever, a reasonable assumption can be made that the basis of this financing is the draining of a Bulgarian company through a trick with the shares of Sportimoti Primorsko AD, in which there is no economic logic. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In 2019, Palms Enterprises sold 3,666,247 shares with a nominal value of BGN 1, from <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=102850151\">Sportni Imoti Primorsko<\/a> AD to <a href=\"https:\/\/scan.bird.bg\/tr\/?v=view&amp;guid=831641688\">OMZ<\/a> Ltd. with UIC 831641688, at a price of EUR 104,500, thus undervaluing the price by about EUR 1.7 million. The other partner in &#8220;Sportni imoti Primorsko&#8221; AD &#8211; Gordon Holdings Ltd., USA, sold to &#8220;OMZ&#8221; Ltd. 196,234 shares with a nominal value of BGN 1. at a price of 20,000 euros, thus undervaluing the share price by about 75 thousand. euro. Rusimov has paid a &#8220;guarantee deposit&#8221; of 72,000 euros in favor of Borislava Yovcheva to the account of lawyer Raffaella Ceglia.<br \/>\nHe has arranged a bill for furniture from the company Wama and children&#8217;s room furniture from the company Man Camere per Ragazzi.<br \/>\nPark Rusimov paid 12,544 euros to the Swiss school La Garenne School in early July 2019.<br \/>\nThis amount is correlated with       <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/summer.la-garenne.ch\/dates-and-fees-2023#fees-minis-juniors\"><br \/>\n  <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The fee<\/span><br \/>\n<\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> for a summer children&#8217;s camp organized by the educational institution.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2>All roads from Rome lead to&#8230; Bankya<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;All roads lead to Rome,&#8221; says the famous saying of antiquity.<br \/>\nIn our case, this is true, but from there all the paths of money lead to&#8230; Bankya.<br \/>\nIn conclusion, it can be justified that the financing of Borislava Yovcheva&#8217;s luxury life comes from companies and individuals who were economically benefited under Borisov&#8217;s rule, namely: Lukoil with unpaid taxes and state concession, representing Russian interests in Bulgaria, Himmash with EU funds and public procurement, and &#8220;Kotarash&#8221;
