The witnesses that <\/span>Borislav Sarafov<\/b> was close to <\/span>Petyo the Euro<\/b> became four. After Iliya Zlatanov and Lyubena Pavlova, two more prosecution witnesses claim the same. The investigation is being conducted by two prosecutors. One is Valentin Vidov, who is <\/span>Appointed<\/a><\/span> Prior to that, he was a junior prosecutor in Pazardzhik. The other is the prosecutor from the SWP – <\/span>Konstantin Sulev. It was he who accused <\/span>former investigator <\/span>Petyo Petrov – The Euro<\/strong><\/span> for coercion and for the use of special technical means for the purpose of unauthorized collection of information. This brought him an accusation of malfeasance in connection with the investigation against the Euro. <\/span><\/p>\n

One of the witnesses introduces himself as a former co-owner of a security company. He claims that in the period 2015-2019 his company carried out site security of the halls of the elevator factory at Iskar Station, managed by Yavor Zlatanov. According to him, first Iliya Zlatanov tried to invade the territory of the plant at Iskar Station, but was not allowed by private guards, and then Yavor Zlatanov broke into his father’s factory in Dupnitsa and was arrested. In 2019, Iliya Zlatanov contacted him and wished his company to take over the security of the plant at Iskar Station. <\/span><\/p>\n

In his testimony, the man is not sure whether Zlatanov’s father was the owner or tenant of the site, but he had a legal basis to rent it. After taking over the security of the factory again, Zlatanov introduced him to Petyo Petrov, who is more popular as Pepi the Euro, in the restaurant “The Eight Dwarfs”. There the witness also met Lyubena Pavlova, who was then still the wife of Pepi the Euro and bore his surname. Two months later, the witness accidentally passed by to drink coffee in the restaurant and there he met Petyo Petrov again, who invited him to talk. During this conversation, Petrov asked for round-the-clock security for his restaurant and such was provided to him. The contract was signed with the tenant of the restaurant – Lyubena’s mother. According to the contract, two people per shift guarded the restaurant 24\/7, and the witness regularly visited the restaurant to monitor the situation closely. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sarafov was the most regular in “The Eight Dwarfs”. The meetings with the Euro were very “official”. <\/span><\/h2>\n

While the witness was supervising the teams, he often spotted the now acting Prosecutor General <\/span>Borislav Sarafov<\/b> (then Ivan <\/span>Geshev’s<\/b> deputy), <\/span>Iliana Kirilova<\/b>, <\/span>Emil Petrov<\/b> \u2013 brother of the Euro, as <\/span> well as other magistrates<\/b> as visitors to the establishment, whom he did not know by name. Iliana Kirilova introduced him to her son in the restaurant “The Eight Dwarfs” <\/span>Zahari Bogomilov, who worked in the Anti-Terror Department of the State Agency for National Security. <\/span>The most regular visitor<\/b> was <\/span>Borislav Sarafov<\/b>, the witness says in his testimony. The meetings of <\/span>Pepi the Euro<\/b> with him, as well as those with his brother and Iliana Kirilova, ran very “officially”. He instructed the magistrates, and they were silent and nodded. There were times when they brought documents to the Euro that he was familiar with. <\/span><\/p>\n

The witness denies that he has detected Ivan Geshev as a visitor in the restaurant. He emphasizes that <\/span>Kristian Hristov<\/a><\/span> was the most trusted among the employees of the <\/span> Petyo Petrov. The man gained fame when he became the owner of one of the factories of Izamet. He made an attempt to give a press conference after the disappearance of Pepi the Euro, but only BIRD succeeded <\/span>to talk<\/a><\/span> with him before he was arrested. The prosecution witness claims that Hristov had keys to all the homes of the former director of the Sofia investigation. He was the person who operated with the special equipment installed in the “Eight Dwarfs”. <\/span><\/p>\n

Magistrates with “dependencies” on the Euro<\/span><\/h2>\n

On June 1, 2023, in the SWP investigation against <\/span>Pepi Euroto<\/b>, he was also questioned with<\/span> a witness with a secret identity<\/b> under number 24-2. in connection with the resolution of cases in an illegal way. Often in the filmed <\/span>Sex scenes<\/b> His ex-wife also participated, the witness claims. According to him, she was forced to participate in this against her will and with the help of drugs. Some of the recordings in question were disseminated online by the Euro, in retaliation against her for opposing him. <\/span><\/p>\n

In this part, the testimony of the witness coincides with what Lyubena Pavlova herself told in an interview with the Anti-Corruption Fund.<\/span><\/p>\n

The witness claims that he was informed that Petrov had received the amount from <\/span>500,000 levs to bring charges<\/b> against Krasimir Kamenov – Karo with the assistance of Bozhidara Ganeva. <\/span> During his lifetime, Krasimir Kamenov has repeatedly expressed confidence that he was “ordered” to <\/span>Pepi the Euro<\/b> by <\/span>Razmig Chakaryan – Ami<\/b> and <\/span>Christoforos Amanatidis – Taki<\/b> <\/p>\n

Sarafov – The Euro: “Strong Connection” and “Mutual Services”<\/span><\/h2>\n

The practice of Pepi the Euro was to organize prosecutions through the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office and the SP, in order to then take money from the accused persons with a promise of a favorable outcome of the cases, which was not always realized. The strongest instrument of the Euro were the measures of restraint that were taken in relation to the accusation of persons. <\/span><\/p>\n

The witness spoke with the Euro before his disappearance through a mobile application and then Petrov informed him that he knew that an attempt would be made to detain him. <\/span><\/p>\n

Recently, Atanasov was named as the lover of the now former administrative head of the SPD \u2013 <\/span>Nevena Zartova<\/b>, which is considered the ‘engine’ of the investigation against the Euro. It is very likely that the key to solving Bozhanov’s murder lies in the covers of this case. <\/span><\/p>\n

And while the illuminated visitors to the “Eight Dwarfs” are becoming more and more numerous, and there are also photos of Sarafov with the Euro, the clients of the other magistrates’ club – the SS Club of the Notary – continue to be unknown to the public. There is a list of visitors, according to MP Atanas Atanasov, in which there were no political persons. <\/span><\/p>\n

SS Club – Specialized Court Club, at number 7, ul. 22 September in the district. Geo Milev was owned until 2020 by the Klenmann company of the shot Martin Bozhanov.<\/span><\/p>\n

After that, the company transferred it to Evlogi Valeriev Petrov. The latter seems to be a dummy, as he appears in another company of the Notary. <\/span><\/p>\n

The same company “Klenmann” in 2020 sold a maisonette apartment of 313 sq.m. for half a million leva. of Lyubena Petrova. <\/span><\/p>\n
