The American citizen <\/span>Sebastian Bretschneider<\/b> (Sebastian Bretschneider), who seized the accounts of the former company of <\/span>Assen Vassilev<\/b> “<\/span>STV Consulting<\/span><\/a>” <\/span>with a claim for over <\/span>BGN 5 million.<\/b>, turned out to be <\/span>Director of <\/b>Offshore<\/b><\/a> “<\/span>Axelbert<\/b>” (Akselbert Ltd), associated with the Minister of Finance. It has this quality since 31.05.2022, according to a reference from the Register of the British Virgin Islands, which BIRD officially received from the Finance Commission of the island country. <\/span><\/p>\n

This further entangles the “Vignettegate”<\/strong> scandal, which started from Bretschneider’s claims to the bankrupt “STV Consulting<\/span><\/a>” <\/span>and BIRD’s revelations about dubious property deals of “<\/span>STV Consulting<\/span><\/a>“, Daniel Lorer<\/strong> and the “Queen of Vignettes” Svetoslava Arnaudova<\/strong>. <\/span><\/span> <\/p>\n
