A new echelon of dummies, or the so-called. “<\/span>straw people<\/b>“, have become managers and owners of some of the British and Cypriot companies behind the Bulgarian companies from the so-called.<\/span>smoking empire<\/b>” of thermal power plants, district heating and coal mines, associated with <\/span>the energy boss<\/span><\/a> and “consultant” <\/span>Hristo Kovachki<\/b>. These are not the first violations of the law when declaring circumstances for companies with foreign participation in Bulgaria.
