Laundry technology<\/span><\/h2>\n

BIRD sources in the system allowed us to assemble the case crush technology. Which is written in black and white in the report of the Inspectorate at the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor’s Office (SCP), which Geshev hid in his drawer for three years. So, if Peychinov sinks (figuratively speaking), in reality Franti\u0161ek will have to sink with him \u2013 and it can go further up the chain. And in the end, the most important thing in any investigation, as you said <\/span>Russian <\/a><\/span>Prosecutor General<\/b><\/a> (<\/span>Prosecutor General<\/b>) <\/span>Yuri Chaika<\/b>, is not to get to ourselves.<\/span> In mid-May, the Sofia Appellate Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) dropped the charges against the two prosecutors, as<\/span> recently announced<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

and other colleagues. The formal motive \u2013 the functional immunity of magistrates performing official actions. However, we find this to be mild <\/span>foolishness<\/b>, for at least two reasons. Such immunity would have been an intrinsic obstacle to bringing charges at all \u2013 but nevertheless they were brought a year ago. Kovesi has always argued that her prosecutors should have a strong sense of independence and not succumb to pressure. As of today, it becomes clear that Hristova does not possess these qualities. According to our source, she was “pressed from above” to drop the charges, and did not do it of her own free will and initiative. And after being a trump card of the order, we now have every reason to believe that her secondment will be extended again. Quite incidentally, it should be pointed out that Hristova’s asset declaration also reveals bank deposits in dollars, originating from “lawyer’s fees”. Which is interesting to say the least. <\/span><\/p>\n

Yavor Zlatanov’s retaliatory actions<\/span><\/h2>\n

The decisive and controlling instance in this case would be the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office. Which by definition means Sarafov. According to our information, Petrov was going to protest anyway without being instigated. However, there was a “call from above” in which he was told not to give himself too much attention and not to make illusions. See, Sarafov wants <\/span>to save himself the inconvenience <\/b>to “press” the relevant prosecutor from the Supreme Prosecutor’s Office, who will receive the case at random, to rule in the “right” way. It is much easier to put pressure on a prosecutor from the first instance prosecutor’s office \u2013 especially one who can be brought back to the “reeds” in Burgas. <\/span><\/p>\n

To date, a pronouncement of proc. Petrov on the request to protest the cancellation of the convictions. Although it is generally clear that Petrov would not dare to file such a protest, this would subsequently “unblock” the way to judicial control. A separate question is whether, in view of the summer holidays, the case would not fall on a judge on duty (and known in advance to the prosecutor’s office) at the Sofia City Court (SCC). And what happened to Lyubena?<\/span><\/h2>\n

At the same time, there is a complete information blackout on the question of how and when <\/span>Lyubena<\/a><\/b> Pavlova (former Petrova) ceased to be accused. The only publicly known fact that is relevant to the topic is that it is <\/span>turned<\/a><\/span> its testimony against Sarafov 180 degrees \u2013 so the last version is “<\/span>Geshev forced me and threatened to soak Sarafov<\/i><\/span>“. Convenient, isn’t it?! In an attempt to illuminate the darkness at least a little, however, we again consulted our sources \u2013 and this is what we understood. We do not know whether this is a manifestation of <\/span>mortal humor<\/b> on the part of Sarafov \u2013 or a pure sample of misanthropy. It is more likely that it is the latter, in view of the characterological features of the acting Prosecutor General. However, we know something else \u2013 soon after this meeting, the charges against Lyubena were dropped. And there is no evidence that this was protested by anyone. We leave the conclusions to you. Because with Judge Alexiev, the work turns out to be very thick \u2013 according to our data, he appears in at least one video recording from <\/span>“that” house in Greece<\/b> used by <\/span>the Euro <\/b>and <\/span>the Notary <\/b> for engineering compromising materials. Decency does not allow us to recreate the content of the recording in question, but… Let’s put it this way \u2013 the judge is not recorded cooking lasagna in the kitchen. In fact, there are similar recordings with other participants \u2013 all non-random people, photographed doing non-random activities. <\/span> <\/b><\/p>\n

What exactly did the Prosecutor’s Office terminate?!<\/span><\/h2>\n

A few days ago, BIRD<\/span> detected<\/span><\/a> termination of the case, in which Lyubena and the two prosecutors mentioned above were accused. One day after we informed about this, you are watching the termination <\/span> Disappeared<\/span><\/a> from the online portal of the Prosecutor’s Office. To date, it is not clear exactly what criminal proceedings are still pending in connection with ” <\/span>The Eight Dwarves<\/b>” \u2013 and whether there are any at all. ” was skillfully channeled against only one person who is in deep (and convenient) obscurity. And all the others involved were washed and exonerated. Ie. <\/span>The investigation is over, forget it<\/b> \u2013 please let the murdered, excuse me, the robbed person come in. Obviously, even the special “European” institute of the “ad hoc” prosecutor was “Bulgarian” by 200.
