The newly discovered connections and facts suggest the hypothesis of possible <\/span>consideration<\/b> through the exercise of power: <\/span> a concession of two beaches by the cabinet of Boyko Borisov<\/b> in exchange for the payment of alimony to Borislava Yovcheva and her daughter<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n

There are doubts about consideration for all persons involved in the affair. Their companies received generous state benefits, as BIRD previously revealed. The companies of <\/span>Yordan Hristov<\/b> – an investor in <\/span>Borislava Yovcheva’s<\/b> boutique in Barcelona and her husband for a short time, have received <\/span>EU funding and public procurement contracts<\/span><\/a> for nearly BGN 12 million. Valentin <\/span>Zlatev’s<\/b> company “<\/span>Terra Tour Service<\/span><\/a>” Ltd., which bought the luxury house for Yovcheva in Barcelona<\/span>, has won and absorbed EU projects<\/span><\/a> in Bulgaria for 3.18 million euros, which corresponds to the price of the house. Alimony from the Cat<\/span><\/h2>\n

The group of “<\/span>Cats<\/b>” includes several Pernik businessmen and Alexander Staliyski, especially close to Boyko Borisov<\/strong>. Rosen Rusimov<\/strong> is considered one of the prominent members of this group.<\/span><\/p>\n

The “Cats” became the talk of the Cats in the public domain after in 2009 former Prime Minister Sergei Stanishev called on law enforcement agencies to check how certain companies absorb public procurement as subcontractors.<\/span><\/p>\n

From media publications it became clear that these are companies of Bogomil Georgiev Gorev, Ivan Angelov Alexiev and Rosen Georgiev Rusimov<\/a>. The three are partners in the companies “Ibera Invest”, which has transformed into “<\/span>Ibera Commerce<\/span><\/a>“, “Diomex” and others.<\/span> A joint <\/span>investigation<\/span><\/a> by Bivol and BIRD.BG earlier revealed that after her stay in Barcelona, Spain, “Miss Bikini” <\/span>Borislava Yovcheva<\/b> was financed directly with money from “The Cat” <\/span>Rosen Rusimov<\/b><\/p>\n

and furnishings, school fees and guarantees were paid in Italy and Switzerland. The transfers were made from Rusimov’s personal account in BACB Bank – owned by Borisov’s former life partner – Tsvetelina Borislavova. <\/span><\/p>\n
