The honorary chairman of the MRF<\/span>, Ahmed Dogan<\/b>, who until now was only a user of the summer sheds on the seashore near the Rosenets Park in Burgas and has been considered a hidden owner of<\/span> Doganserai<\/b> and the company<\/span> Hermes Solar<\/b>, has recently shed light on his ownership and has become <\/span>the real owner<\/b> of the sheds through a series of companies.<\/span><\/p>\n

A deal priced at BGN 95 or more? It is not clear. <\/span><\/h2>\n

The transfer of the shares in<\/span> Hermes Solar<\/a><\/b> Ltd. began in December 2023, and initially, after unfulfilled instructions, <\/span> a refusal<\/a><\/span> was received from the Registry Agency. Follows <\/span>appeal<\/a><\/span> to the court and a decision to revoke the refusal, after which on 27.02.2024 the transfer was <\/span>registered<\/a><\/span> in the Commercial Register. The contract for the sale of 95% or 95 company shares of<\/span> Hermes Solar<\/a><\/b>” Ltd. was signed on 21.12.2023 between Snezhana Karova and “Port Logistics Burgas” EOOD. Each of the units has a nominal value of BGN 1 (one). According to the terms of the contract entered in the Commercial Register, <\/span>the sale price<\/b> has been agreed in a separate agreement between the parties. It remains unclear whether the shares with <\/span>denomination 95 BGN<\/b> has been paid more. A few days ago, it was also found out that a company that owns buildings from <\/span>Dogansaray<\/b> <\/span>claims<\/a> over 35 decares of state land<\/b> from the Rosenets Park. The company ” <\/span>Straightline<\/a><\/span>” EAD, which is owned by the “<\/span>architect of Dogan<\/b>” <\/span>Kalin Tiholov<\/a><\/span>, has requested to be registered as a co-owner of the terrain, including areas of the seabed and the sea area – public state property. The Regional Governor of Burgas, Plamen Yanev, has appealed the application and a long court procedure is expected in the case. <\/span><\/p>\n

For years, the state has been failing to protect its interests and demolish the established <\/span>illegal buildings<\/a><\/b> and <\/span>the illegal pier<\/a><\/b> of <\/span>Dogansaray<\/b>. <\/span> <\/p>\n

The object became a symbol of the conquered state, against which the democratic community was fighting, before its leaders agreed with Borisov and Peevski on a common government and a tacit amnesty for all their outrages over the years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dogan also has properties in Rosenets, a powerful boat and a yacht.<\/span><\/h2>\n

Through “<\/span>Sigda Investment<\/a><\/span>” and “<\/span>TPP Varna<\/a><\/span>” <\/span>Ahmed Dogan<\/b> has become the owner of other properties in Rosenets Park. “Varna Fashion” (see the description of “<\/span>in-kind contribution<\/a><\/span>” in the capital) also owns three vessels: <\/span>Luxury Motor Boat<\/b> with two engines with a total output of 2700 horsepower, rated at <\/span>463 100 BGN<\/b>, another <\/span>smaller boat<\/b> rated at <\/span>53 190 BGN<\/b> \u0438 <\/span>22 meter yacht<\/b> Sunseeker Manhattan 66<\/a><\/span> manufactured in 2007, which is estimated at <\/span>351 500 BGN<\/b> This is a rather modest price for such a yacht. On sites with ads for yacht sales, this model sells from 500,000 euros upwards. In general, the assets of Varna Fashion seem to be quite undervalued. <\/span><\/p>\n

For another luxury yacht<\/a><\/b> associated with Dogan <\/span> “<\/span>Agata<\/b>“, informs Intelligence Online in 2022. In 2021, the companies “<\/span>Hermes Solar<\/a><\/b>“, in which <\/span>Ahmed Dogan<\/b> became a co-owner a few days ago, and “<\/span>Blue Energy<\/a><\/span>“, also related to Dogan, buy 1411 decares of agricultural land from a municipality of GERB at a bargain price. The investigation of “Sega” <\/span>reveals<\/a><\/span> that only BGN 76 per acre have been paid for the municipal land in Radomir.<\/span> A month ago, Capital <\/span>informed<\/a><\/span> that <\/span>Ahmed Dogan<\/b> was preparing <\/span>three large solar parks<\/b><\/p>\n

Investments in photovoltaic parks, and especially in profitably arranged municipal lands, are among the preferred by those close to the MRF. In April last year, BIRD <\/span>Revealed<\/a><\/span> connections of the MRF and a sanctioned Russian oligarch in an energy megaproject near Burgas. The company “Virtus Investment” then promised an investment in a photovoltaic park, a hydrogen plant for BGN 600 million and 1000 jobs. <\/span><\/p>\n

Recently, after the election of <\/span>Dzhevdet Chakarov<\/b> as co-chairman of the MRF, <\/span>we also revealed<\/a><\/span> the assets worth <\/span>hundreds of millions of levs<\/b> of a total of 45 companies related to his son. A significant part of them are related to the field of photovoltaics. <\/span><\/p>\n

Over BGN 40 million. liabilities to Bulgargaz<\/span><\/h2>\n

An investment of <\/span>Ahmed Dogan<\/b> stands out against the background of acquired shares in companies, subsidiaries, properties and solar park projects. Better known as ‘TPP Dogan’ ( <\/span>TPP Varna<\/a><\/span>), which through Sigda Investment is 50% owned by Dogan, is in financial trouble.<\/span> The state-owned Bulgargaz has already managed to sue TPP Varna and obtain <\/span>a writ of execution <\/a><\/span>from the court for the amount of <\/span>over BGN 37 million<\/b><\/p>\n

Two months ago, Dogan secured <\/span>refinancing<\/a><\/span> from the “Municipal Bank” of <\/span>Georgi Samuilov – Joro Insa<\/b> in order to repay the loan of “TPP Varna” to “Commercial Bank D”.<\/span><\/p>\n

We remind you that <\/span>Ahmed Dogan<\/b> has a PhD in philosophy and worked as <\/span> a state security agent<\/a><\/b> under the pseudonyms “<\/span>Angelov<\/b>“, “<\/span>Sergey<\/b>” and “<\/span>Sava<\/b>““. Between 1986 and 1989 he was imprisoned. Then, in 1990, he founded the political party “Movement for Rights and Freedoms” (MRF). In 2013, it was also the subject of an attack.<\/span><\/p>\n
