The property lot of the murdered Martin Bozhanov – the Notary<\/strong> is 25 pages long and reveals a series of transactions leading to his associates, to Lyubena Pavlova<\/strong>, former Petrova, from the circle of the “Eight Dwarfs<\/strong>” and even to the Minister<\/a> of Interior Kalin Stoyanov<\/strong>. BIRD has already written<\/a> about the sale in 2022 of an apartment from the company “Klemann”<\/a> to Lyubena Pavlova, the ex-wife of Petyo Petrov – the Euro<\/strong>. She acquires a maisonette of 313 sq. m. and two garages too profitably, for 250,000 euros or less than 800 euros per sq.m. The deal was commented on the bTV 120 Minutes program with an additional revelation that Lyubena Pavlova had concluded the deal as a proxy of<\/strong> Clemann<\/strong> with herself<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The company “Clemann<\/a>” Ltd. is the former owner of the already famous SS Club<\/strong><\/a> \/Specialized Court Club\/, at number 7, ul. 22 September in the district. Geo Milev, access to which was with cards for non-random magistrates. Lyubena Pavlova claims to bTV that she bought the apartment by accident, at a bargain price, and outside of this deal she had no contact with Martin Bozhanov. <\/p>\n

Another property transaction<\/a> shows the connection between lawyer Emil Piskov<\/strong>, who is considered a member of the Notary’s<\/a><\/strong> group. In the recordings of the investigation<\/a> of the Anti-Corruption Fund, he can be heard saying “We are talking to God<\/strong>” and asking for 100 thousand euros from Ivayla Bakalova in order for Veselin Denkov to be released. Piskov acquired in 2021 from Martin Bozhanov an office of 155 sq.m. against BGN 222,460. <\/div>\n

Lawyer Piskov is a former employee of the General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and the State Agency for National Security, and the husband of Judge Margarita Nemska<\/strong> from the Sofia City Administrative Court (ACSC), who is also a former Deputy City Prosecutor of the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office. Nemska is known for being “appointed” to the court without competition, as well as for her numerous properties in the country and abroad, including a property<\/a> for BGN 1 million in Barcelona<\/strong>. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Traces from the Notary to Kalin Stoyanov?<\/h2>\n
Perhaps the most intriguing property trace is in the sale in 2016 of a plot of land in Sofia to the company “Plumeria<\/a>” Ltd., which has just been established by lawyer. Svetlana Grigorieva Grozeva – Yordanova. The company pays BGN 1,466,872. for the property in Krastova Vada with an area of 2125 sq.m. Martin Bozhanov<\/strong> is one of the three co-owners of the property and has acquired 1\/3 of it through a donation deed. <\/div>\n

Obviously, the company “Plumeria” was created as a fuse for the deal, because the next day lawyer. Svetlana Grozeva sells her shares to the IT company “Abrites<\/a>” EOOD, which is owned by Ivaylo Drumev<\/strong>. He is known as a co-owner of the Four Friends<\/a> winery. The four friends-winemakers are Drumev, the mayor of Sofia Vasil Terziev<\/strong>, the car racer Petar Tsenkov and Andon Tushev. <\/div>\n

In addition to IT and winemaking, Drumev is obviously intensively involved in real estate, as evidenced by his 85-page property file. In 2019, he sold his apartment<\/a> of 162 sq.m. and two garages<\/strong> to the current Minister of Interior Kalin Stoyanov<\/strong> for BGN 300,000.<\/strong> <\/div>\n

This indirect trace from the Notary<\/strong> to the current Minister of the Interior may be a complete coincidence, but there is other information about their contacts. In a TV interview, former Interior Minister Boyko Rashkov<\/strong> said<\/a>, without mentioning name, that the former head of the General Directorate for Combating Organized Crime Kalin Stoyanov is one of the possible sources of information leaks after complaints by Bozhanov’s ex-wife and Ivayla Bakalova. <\/p>\n
