We publish the testimony of Ivayla Bakalova<\/strong> in the Barcelona Gate<\/strong> case, in which she unequivocally makes a connection between Borislava Yovcheva<\/strong> and former Prime Minister Boyko Borisov<\/strong>. After the case was seized by the supervising prosecutor, it was terminated in the part in which Borisov was investigated with the opinion of the newly appointed prosecutors that Bakalova’s allegations were not considered credible. From the testimony of the former Miss Bulgaria it becomes clear that she became close to Yovcheva, was sought after by her and helped her find a home and a school for her daughter Emma in Dubai. Yovcheva was considering moving there after the house in Barcelona was highlighted in media publications in Bulgaria and in an investigation by El Periodico in Spain, and the Spanish prosecutor’s office opened an investigation into money laundering. Bakalova’s involvement in the “Barcelona Gate” affair brought her acute trouble. Her husband Veselin Denkov was ostentatiously detained and charged with extortion and the murder of businesswoman Stanka Marangozova. The reason for Denkov’s arrest, however, may turn out to be different. Bakalova claims that during the arrest of her husband, her phone, on which all communication with Borislava Yovcheva in the WhatsApp<\/strong> application was saved, was seized, and when it was returned, all conversations, chats and communication data with Miss Bikini were no longer available in it, nor in the cloud archive. As it is known, these data are especially sensitive and important for the then Prime Minister Boyko Borissov, who then and now vehemently denies having any connection with Borislava Yovcheva, as well as with her child. <\/p>\n

Notary<\/h2>\n

Martin Bozhanov<\/strong> – the Notary<\/strong>, who was shot dead a day ago in Sofia, appeared during Denkov’s arrest as a consultant who “advised” Bakalova to pay a large sum, about 100,000 euros<\/strong>, in order to “arrange” his release. In fact, it is a bribery scheme in the Specialized Criminal Court. Bakalova’s conversations with Bozhanov were published in the investigation “Quick Control List<\/a>” of the Anti-Corruption Fund. It is known that the Notary<\/strong> was a broker of corrupt influence in the Judiciary and one of the close assistants of the famous former investigator Pepi Euroto<\/strong>, who became a byword for dark mafia deals between organized crime and acting senior magistrates. In this role, Martin Bozhanov had a lot of information not only about the “dark connections” and ways of corrupting judges, investigators and prosecutors, but also about the individuals and groups that had influence to exert pressure, racketeering and blackmail on companies and individuals through state and law enforcement institutions in personal or political interests. After the disappearance of Pepi the Euro, a black series began with the murders of Krasimir Kamenov – Karo and Alexei Petrov. The murder of Bozhanov also fits into this series, but it is possible that the executions will continue in order to be forever eliminated from inconvenient witnesses or sources of information about the existing sinister network that connects the authorities with great corruption and crime on the way of money. Barcelona Gate is also at the heart of the Alliance between PPDB and GERB, created last year, behind which stood mainly Borisov’s interests to terminate the investigation and to urgently remove the activated former Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev<\/strong>, who had the ambition to implement the case. After Geshev’s removal, by amending the Judiciary Act, the prosecutor supervising the case, Stefan Hristov, was also urgently removed and punished because he allowed himself to work overtime on the case. Other magistrates who were involved in this investigation were also suspended. In place of Geshev was appointed the obedient head of the National Police Borislav Sarafov<\/strong>. The Prosecutor’s Office promptly terminated any investigation and declared Borisov completely “clean” on Barcelona Gate and the laundering of millions on the house and maintenance of Borislava Yovcheva and her child in Barcelona, and beyond. However, the case and the entire file on it can be resumed at any time, after a possible replacement of the obedient Sarafov and the release of new facts and circumstances in the case of Borisov’s possible involvement in this emblematic scandal, which has gained international popularity. According to operational information, there is irrefutable evidence of such a connection, which necessitated the crisis rescue and laundering of the former prime minister by the PPDB, because of the real danger that he will be left without immunity and will end up in custody so as not to hinder the objective investigation. <\/p>\n
