A new declaration by Rosen Hristov confirmed that he had declared false data

There are also doubts about the diploma of Minister Rosen Hristov from the University of California in the USA, as well as about his work in Russia. Free Europe informed

that the Ministry of Energy and the Council of Ministers, as well as the minister himself, did not answer questions about where he graduated and when he worked in Russia.
