Golden customs: Gerber moved Kapitan Andreevo’s customs to Taki’s “golden parking lot”

Customs was temporarily moved to a parking lot owned by Razmig Chakarian – Ami, close to Taki. So trucks will have to pay for parking while waiting for customs service.

Georgi Elenkov.

Sources at the Customs Bureau told BIRD that they had been “notified” of the decision a few days ago and that a room of about 300 square meters had been prepared for them in a building located in “Ami’s parking lot“.

The building was near the casino in the parking lot. The terrain of the parking lot is owned by the company “IBT”, in which the majority owner is “Progressive Building 2016″, sole ownership of Chakaryan, a check in the Property Register showed. Trucks pay 24 euros per day for staying there.

The parking lot is a key element of a lucrative triad – the “golden pool”, the “golden laboratory” and the “golden parking“, passing through which is mandatory for most trucks entering Kapitan Andreevo. The 3 in 1 service of trucks entering Bulgaria from Turkey with agricultural goods brought the owners an average of BGN 850 per truck.

An earlier investigation by BIRD showed the links behind these businesses. All of them they lead to Christoforos Amanatidis – Taki and are part of organized crime’s schemes to control the border. The political connections without which the scheme could not function, lead to PP GERB and PP “There is such a people”.

After the state seized the work of the “gold laboratory”, for which Eurolab 2011 is suing, the revenues for Taki’s border group decreased significantly. The new “golden customs”, arranged by a person of GERB, can be seen as a kind of compensation. In addition, there is a casino and a restaurant in the parking lot to enjoy the lives of the truckers trapped there, who also generate income for the group.

In the tangle of companies and strawmen along the feeder of “Kapitan Andreevo” there is a clear trace that leads to PP GERB and the power group SIC, to which was close the leader of GERB Boyko Borisov.

Chakaryan’s partner in the key company “Interpred-BG” is Miroslav Petkov – revealed by KOMDOS as a part-time employee of the State Security. As Capital points out, he is a partner with the municipal councilor from GERB in the Sofia Municipal Council Iskra Angelova in the company “League Financial Consulting“.

Petkov has interests in the construction business and in the 90s he was a partner with the famous Slavcho Hristov from the circle “Olympus”. At the same time, Hristov was a partner with Little Margin in the companies “Selecta” AD and “Chobi-90”. This can be seen from reports in the Daxi system.

Taki’s connection to GERB is also clearly visible in the terrorism and money laundering investigation conducted in the Seychelles. Copies of passports of Christoforos Amanatidis and the brother of GERB MP Rositsa Kirova – Konstantin Varbanov, were found in the computer of the main defendant Mukesh Valabdzhi. The two traveled together to the island republic known as an offshore destination.

The fact is that it was the MPs from GERB, together with those from ITN, who zealously defended in Parliament the interests of “Eurolab 2011”, represented by Vasil Dimitrov, the straw man of Razmig Chakarian – Well.
