Gergov lost the case for the Plovdiv Fair at first instance

Gergov argues in his defense that the representative of the municipality (Gerber Yasen Mihaylov)) appeared at the general meeting of Puldin, had no objections to the agenda and exercised the right to vote of the municipality. However, the court is categorical – since the meeting was originally convened illegally, it does not matter who came, what he said and how he voted. The Second Case

We can predict with a high degree of probability that Georgi Gergov will appeal. On it, GERB-for-Gergov and BSP-for-Gergov voted schizophrenic and legally contradictory decisions, which are currently being challenged in court in this second case. Like any misery and scheme in Bulgaria, the picture here would not have been completed without the participation (or non-participation) of the Bulgarian government.
