The company of the Wolf has overdue the loan for BGN 150 million in BDB

in 2021 to his lawyer for BGN 100, has defaulted on its loan of BGN 150 million. Lv. in the state-owned Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB). This is evident from the documents submitted to the Commercial Register yesterday. The insurance covers up to $9.5 million only. and the insurer is “OZK Insurance” owned by Hristo Kovachki.

A few days ago on the show “

” on bTV the director of BDB announced that one of the 8 companies that have received loans for 1 billion. Lv. He took four months on his loan. According to him, the company has not paid either principal or interest and not a single installment has been paid on the loan.

Now it is clear that this is “Roadway Construction” AD.

BDB’s other big loans are to Technomarket, linked to Delyan Peevski, as well as to the collection company S.G. Group, about which Dimitar Lambovski was recorded saying that former Prime Minister Boyko Borisov had taken a commission from the loan.

There are also large exposures of BDB, for which there is absolutely no public data on pledged assets.

Such is the loan of over BGN 115 million from BDB to the company “International Investments” EAD – another company associated with the circle of Delyan Peevski. BDB has not requested a pledge of the commercial enterprise, according to data from the Commercial Register, but has not requested any collateral in property.

According to Capital, this loan was used for the acquisition of the Miragio Hotel in Halkidiki. A study of BRRD found that this happened together with another company with a loan from BDB – “Ultrastroy”. Ultrastroy has a connection to Yordan Tsonev, who is Peevski’s main spokesman in the media.
