to the Supreme Administrative Court by Joro 1.0 – i.e. by Georgi Kolev (in the title photo on the right). Less than a year later, she “won” a competition for the holder. The problem with these competitions, however, is that for years they have been massively won by judges who have already been seconded to the Supreme Administrative Court by the boss. I.e. from Joro 1.0 before, but also from Joro 2.0 now /i.e. Georgi Cholakov, in the title photo on the left/.

But the interesting facts of this case do not stop there. Our research showed that the second member of the composition is none other than Radostin Radkov. Not just anyone, but personally the head of the ACSC, who found himself
seconded
to the Supreme Administrative Court by order of Cholakov, as of 26.09.2022. Radkov recently became “famous” for
crushing
the publicity and transparency in the ACSC after his handwritten resolution from August this year the search engine for cases in the ACSC (which was one of the best in Bulgaria) was practically ruined and made unusable. To this day, it is not clear why and for what purpose this was done. Perhaps on the objection of Peevski, or someone else like him, related to “personal data” (for example).

BIRD will carefully monitor how the case will develop in the Supreme Administrative Court, including whether there will be a last-minute dwarfing of the team . It is right here to recall that the head of the second section, where the case will be heard, is precisely Joro 1.0, i.e. Georgi Kolev. Don’t be at the last minute., that Joro will put himself as the head of the squad. However, it will not be his first time – this is exactly what he did on the day of the hearing on the SPA case of the convicted former head of the Sofia City Court Vladimira Yaneva – as detailed We told before. A case that Vladi won, of course – after she had lost it in the first instance.
