The BIRD.BG team recently found out about the deal from our reader from the region of Varna. The information was studied and checked by us in the Property Register, in the Cadastre, as well as in the information available on the official website of the Municipality of Varna. From the announcement of the municipality it is understood that the property has been made Circumstantial verification for pi id. No 38354.502.280, requested by proxy from Rositsa Karabozhilova. This happened in the autumn, after which on 19.12.2022 Karabogilova was issued a statement of findings under a circumstantial inspection. Curious detail about Kostadin Kostadinov’s house It was found in a Facebook post. In it, he boasts of a decree of the Deputy District Prosecutor of Varna Diana Ivanova, with which she has terminated criminal proceedings against him. However, we learn from the decree that the Prosecutor’s Office has established the existence of preliminary contract for the house at a higher agreed price of 140 thousand euros /273 816.20 lv./. The preliminary contract was submitted to the bank for granting the loan! With an additional Annex to the contract between Kostadinov and the seller the amount has been changed to EUR 110,000 / BGN 215,141.30 /, and “the seller retains the furniture and equipment”. The difference is 30,000 euros!
