SAC confirmed a public procurement of TPP Dogan with contractor Dietsmann – the employer of minister Rosen Hristov

As we promised recently, BIRD followed the development of the Dogan TPP case in the Supreme Administrative Court. To recall in a nutshell, TPP Dogan announces a public procurement for nearly half a million leva, which was won by the company Dietsmann – a recent employer of the energy catamaran Rosen Hristov.

The catamaran became known for its servile attitude towards Gazprom, and especially for the sabotage of the six tankers with American liquefied gas. Either way, in view of the proven warm connection between Dogan and the Kremlin, there is a reasonable assumption that the catamaran was offered to the Koprinkov by the Honorary Doner from Rosenets.

This hypothesis literally a few days ago received new confirmation. Here’s how and why.

The company, which lost the public procurement, appealed to the CPC. In a very short time, the Commission, headed by the “mother of GERB” Julia Nenkova, ruled in favor of Dietsmann. A new appeal follows to the Supreme Administrative Court, which has the final say. On October 3, also in a very short time, the Supreme Administrative Court made a final decision and confirmed the decision of the CPC – cementing Dietsmann’s “victory”. Pito-paid, the ship left, forget it. The catamaran is pleased, and Dogan even more.

But someone else is pleased. Because to top it all off, Dietsmann’s lawyer before the Supreme Administrative Court is none other than the husband of the Deputy Prosecutor General Daniela Masheva. With this, the triangle Catamaran-Dogan-Prosecutor’s Office is closed. As they say, #хубавое. It’s so good that there’s nowhere else to go.
