The state-owned Bulgarian Development Bank (BDB), currently controlled by the caretaker government of President Rumen Radev, has replaced the manager of the company “Roadway Construction”

Meet lawyer Ivan Emilov Georgiev – a former judge and the favorite straw man of the Wolf, to whom Gaitanski transferred ownership in Roadway Construction AD in April 2021, shortly before caretaker Economy Minister Kiril Petkov lifted the curtain on the scandalous eight loans granted by the state-owned BDB.

The loans were granted to companies that of course have nothing to do with Delyan Peevski – just as DP has nothing to do with Corpbank, because DP actually means a state-owned enterprise, according to the Republic’s Main Cap.

Shortly after Roadway’s change of ownership and Georgiev’s entry into the road business, it was actually revealed that the loan to the Wolf was completely unserviced and was already provisioned.. According to BIRD sources, the Sofia City Prosecutor’s Office recently crushed the probe, with the decree of the anonymous prosecutor (according to indirect data, most likely Ivan Petrov) persistently hiding and who knows when (and if) he will see the light of day.

Meanwhile, the head of BDB Tsanko Arabadzhiev shared some time ago in a media participation that the bank is preparing reverse claims against Mavrodiev and company – at a minimum, to return the colossal salaries that they have undeservedly “earned” over the years. However, nothing more was heard about this idea, nor did we see it implemented – apparently someone “from above” called. Maybe Koprinka, and maybe Dogan personally.

If such a decision is taken, for which in my capacity as Chairman there is no obligation to be informed, visible from the inside information you have disclosed, it has been made by the operational management – the acting Management Board of BDB, appointed during the regular government of Mr. Kiril Petkov.
