The declaration of the Minister of Energy Rosen Hristov is corrected and incomplete

President Radev and caretaker Energy Minister Rosen Hristov have made a serious blunder. This happened after last week We have revealedThe Minister is a manager in 5 companies and has not announced it within the legal 7-day period. In the declaration of incompatibility of the Minister, submitted only on 19.08.2022, it was supplemented with two different chemicals or perhaps part of a page was replaced. A date has been corrected. No company in which the Minister is a liquidator and another in which he is a beneficial owner has been declared. It has also not been declared what is true in any of the cases: [Do not borrow, [Do not exercise/Exercise], [I am not/Am manager], etc.

So it turns out that the caretaker Minister of Energy Rosen Hristov does not declare anything. Or declares false data, for which criminal responsibility is carried under art. 313 of the Criminal Code. It is this warning that stands above the signature of the Minister in his declaration under Art. 35 para 1 item 1 of the CACA.

In addition, the declaration lacks the company “Hercommerce

” Ltd. – in liquidation, in which Rosen Hristov is a partner, manager and liquidator to this day. Missing and “Irbanayzd

AD, in which the Minister is a shareholder and beneficial owner.
