Later (1998-1999) Stoyan Denchev was a member of the Supervisory Board of the bankrupt declared in 1997 A credit bank acquired by Central Cooperative Bank AD (its management was checked by COMMODOS and Denchev was announced in Decision

No 2-254/06.11.2013).

A check in the Commercial Register and BULSTAT shows the connection of Stoyan Denchev with 4 companies and a total of 17 participations in the management and supervisory boards of associations, foundations and associations. In 2009 for less than 3 months he was a member of the Supervisory Board of the State Information Services AD, while the way of management and control was changed and a new Board of Directors was appointed.
