At the time of nationalization, it was owned by the Ivan Markov Ivanov from Varna, husband of the former municipal councilor Galina Dimitrova Kraycheva-Ivanova. She was also running for elections from the ABC party in 2014.

Among them are necessarily the data about the owner of the real estate and the act from which the owner derives his right.

The act of state ownership in question was formed four years after the entry in the Cadastre, together with all the buildings in the complex of the hospital “St. Ivan Rilski”. This is how the neighboring pavilions with cadastral numbers 68134.1001.892.19 are also updated. 20 and 21

Tenant with political affiliations

Since it is clear that the pavilion is on the State, it must have a contractual relationship for the management of the pavilions in question. However, no long-term lease contracts for this state property have been entered in the Property Register.

According to the information given by the municipality “Triaditsa” the tenant of the site is the Varna company “Denia 2016″. She had a contract with St. Peter’s Hospital. Ivan Rilski” from 2016, but the pavilion was placed illegally. The company Denia 2016 is owned by Ivan Markov Ivanov, born in 1958. His wife Galina Kraycheva – Ivanova was a municipal councilor in Varna (2011-2015) from the group of Dobromir Djikov – former regional mayor of Vladislavovo. Djikov is described in a publication of “Capital” as a “secret weapon of GERB” because of his proximity to the local organization. In 2007, he won his mandate as a regional mayor in a runoff with the support of GERB.

“GERB gives 100% its trust to Dobromir Djikov,” GERB leader Pavel Dimitrov said at the time. Local media following the political life in our sea capital have repeatedly reported that the municipality members of Djikov’s group support GERB in key decisions.

In 2014, Galina Kraycheva-Ivanova became a candidate for MP from ABC, which entered into a coalition with GERB in the second term of Boyko Borisov.
